Mission
At Step Back Sports, our mission is to empower women’s college basketball players and other women's college athletes by providing them with the necessary support and guidance to maximize their earning potential through Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities. Just like the step back jumper changed basketball by creating space for shooters, Step Back Sports seeks to create new spaces for female athletes to achieve their goals on and off the court.
What We Do
NIL Consulting and Representation
We provide our clients with personalized consulting services to help them identify and pursue the most lucrative NIL opportunities. We work closely with our clients to understand their interests and goals, and then develop customized strategies to help them achieve success.
Brand Management
We assist our clients in building and managing their personal brands. This includes creating and maintaining social media accounts, developing personal websites, and developing other promotional materials that can help increase their visibility and marketability.
Contract Negotiations
We help our clients negotiate contracts with organizations seeking their NIL services. We also help our clients negotiate with prospective professional teams and leagues after their college career is over. We have extensive experience in contract negotiation and strive to ensure that our clients receive the best possible terms.
